  The Cyclemania team is characterised by excellent commitment to customer service. They are absolutely passionate about quality and they really do care about the customer. Most importantly - they know what they are doing. Consummate professionals. Their commitment to providing service is so good that it seems out of place in today’s online and impersonal world. Friendly and helpful to the point of surprise. Great products and what they don’t have on the floor they will get. Sadly I’m leaving Perth because I’ve never come across a bike shop like this in the several countries that I have lived.

  The folks who work in this store are very friendly and always happy to help. I've gone to them for lots of little things and they've always been generous with their time and happy to adjust my seat height or my handle bars or even one time to help me disassemble a few bits of it so that I could get my bike into a box and take it on a plane. Excellent service and a great selection of products.

  Great to see Cyclemania continue to support Cycling in Perth, especially Juniors and rewarded with 5 juniors on podiums today at The Peel Classic in Dwellingup !!! Well done Wayne and team !

  I started dealing with the Wayne and his team at Cyclemania about 2 years ago. We have now purchased 2 high end bikes, along with numerous accessories and now join in with their Saturday shop rides. I have found them to be very friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and will do their utmost to ensure if I have any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have also recommended them to many friends, who have been in the market for a bike, and they have all come away very happy with their purchase. Its very refreshing to go into a shop where they wont try to sell you the biggest and best, but will sell you just what you need. Nothing beats good old fashioned customer service and values!
