  I bought a 2016 Specialized Diverge X1 on clearance from these guys this spring. I had intended to buy it when I was home in the States for the summer, thinking it would be cheaper there, but Ride Advice gave me a WAY better deal than anything I could find online in the U.S. I bought a Scicon 3.0 case from them at the same time (which I'm thrilled with). Most of this was arranged via email from Singapore and Paul was very communicative about different options. Not only that but the day I walked in the door to pick up the bike, he informed me that there was an additional discount from Specialized--I paid cash and he could easily have kept that under his hat and pocketed the difference. I'm thoroughly happy with the experience and loving my new ride.

  Would recommend avoiding this store. Bought a new bike and was given a 5min bike setup where they did not torque the seat post. Seat fell down first ride. If I bought from a better store I would have been given the correct fit out. All round experience buying from here made me feel like I know nothing about bikes.

  Without doubt the best bike shop in Perth. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, catering for high end and first time buyers. I have bought bikes from them for whole family based on my original and ongoing contact from Ride Advice. They have always allowed me to try before buying which i have found extremely helpful. Have always found them competitive on pricing, if you don't ask then you don't get. I still get my road and race bikes serviced from Ride Advice and I live an hour away from them......
