  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU So much for all your help. I live in Victoria & we dealt with Chadstone branch & consultant Konstantinos but because the basketball shoes my 16 year old wanted were nowhere in Victoria we had to have them shipped from your lovely store. Your staff were so prompt with organising this delivery. I ordered & paid for these shoes on Sunday 6/5/18 from Chadstone, Victoria on Monday I had confirmation that these shoes were being sent for distribution to Victoria. I was told it would take 5-7 working days to receive. I was able to track these shoes thru Australia Post & guess what they arrived on THURSDAY 10/5/18, so my son is able to play representative basketball in them for Friday 11/5/18. Thank you for being so prompt with delivery from a very happy mum of a mad fanatical basketball player.

  Staff were nice but seemed more interested in chatting with eachother than helping customers. It became obvious they have a kpi because when the man serving me didn't make a sale, he looked at his coworker and clearly mouthed the work f#@k.
