  Good location. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok (but nothing for me to rave about). The "master switch" isn't well labelled and that's turned off, the air con doesn't work and your phone doesn't get charged. More of an issue if you get in late and don't experiment. I'll call it a silly design. Overall, would go back again though.

  The team here are always super helpful and welcoming. I usually just stay 1-2 nights for work, so I don't have much of a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I have always been happy with the room service food and the gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Only issue with it is that the exercise bikes don't seem to be plugged in at all.

  A good hotel at a fantastic location. At times there may be a slight difficulty to dropping my car for valet parking due to the limited parking space on a very busy street. But in general, the valet parking people are attentive and available within a minute. The room is big and nice. However, the room was a big dusty and the pillows and sheets were not comfortable. The valet parking people were nice and friendly. But the reception people were cold and tired.

  Novotel Melbourne on Collins had provided a very high standard of hospitality for our stay. We were greeted by the Concierge, offering Valet Parking. The reception staff were helpful, and the lobby was of a satisfactory size. The room was thoroughly clean, and had boasted a good sense of luxury and style with the good facilities available in the room, including a master switch next to the bed, two HD TVs, a marble bathroom, and more. Catering was excellent and flawless, even offering for breakfast Honeycomb and Lychee, along with an extensive range of hot and cold foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  It's okay. The hotel bar is respectable. The rooms are cool too. The location is super cool to sample the city. However, I expect bars to have great music but this one did not and I obviously raised it with the staff.
