  Had the most horrible customer service experience at this Target store today.A lady at the counter who was constantly chewing something while serving me was quite aggressive. I asked if I could have $10 cash out she said yes and withdrawed $200 instead. When I politely tried to tell her that it was meant to be $10 instead of 200 she told me in a very mean manner that I'm wrong. I tried to insist but instead of receiving an apology I got a VERY angry look so decided to just quietly take my $200 and leave which I regret to do. In fact I'm planning to contact their manager and make a complaint about this lady.

  I came in to the cotton on kids shop with my husband and children, wanting to have some kids clothes returned and purchased. We were first in line, after we explained to the sales person what we needed, she said to us it was going to be a long time for her to serve us as we were a bit complicated. She then asked us to wait aside until further notices. My husband agreed. There was a long line in the shop , at least another 7 more customers behind us with lots of clothes waiting in line. We waited and waited, the children started to get grumpy. I then asked the sales person when can we get served? She then replied it is best that we come back later. ( in 1 and half hour) I then became very frustrated, i asked her why she couldn’t serve us just because we may take a little longer than other Customer? It should be a very simple process, return a few items and purchase a few items. ( we have around 10 items) Times wise Shouldn’t be much different to any other customers who may have 20 pieces of cloths to purchase. Which will then be times 7 customers we have to wait for.Especially We were in line first. She could not give me an answer apart from that we will take longer. Not until I said to her I would like to speak to her supervisor, then she agree to serve us with a bad attitude. I know during Christmas time it can be busy and overwhelming for sales people, but my frustration was that I do not understand the rational and logic behind this scenario. So does it means anyone who may take longer should be penalised at cotton on ? had to wait for other “easy “customers to finish first? Regardless who is waiting in line first? The particular sales person were very unhelpful and unprofessional. We were very disappointed and will not come back to TTP store again.

  Advice to the sales woman person at the counter with the cash teller, do not get angry or blame us customers for your problems with your cash teller device/ machine NBN internet not allow transaction go through properly, this is not our customers fault,, get angry with the Malcolm Turnbull Government and the other Government who was responsible for this horrible slow useless NBN internet,, i know that all the shops are hook on the NBN and that alot of the stores are having problems with this modern technology but we customers are not to blame so don't you dare get mad at us customers or we go to other targets,, i hope they get rid of the woman standing at the front they one who suppose to check peoples shopping bags,, she is useless,, been in and out and all that woman does is talking to other people or looking into other people's private mobile phones ,, she is unfriendly and a snob too one of the rude service woman told my friend to move out of the way on tuesday 8th november 2016, this happen between 11.30/ 12.30 midday,

  Well designed store with the majority of shelving below eye level, very useful when navigating the store! Very clean and comfortable store. Wide variety of modern amenities at reasonable prices.
