::Loved my experience with the hotel, other than the fact that some of the rooms, particularly the one that I was given, was facing the main road. Once in a while, you have trams passing by and doing the bell thing, where you then hear it because of how low the entire hotel block is. That said, service is impeccable. I was initially not serviced by any bell boy at the entrance, but you going in, this old man, whom I believe is called Ian, who seems like one of the senior managers, immediately offered to help, and apologized for the incident. After which, whenever we were going around, and when we were leaving the next few days, he never failed to come up and talk to myself and my partner, and was just such a joy to be around. Incidents like these really make or break the entire stay experience, and I'm glad we met this amazing gentleman.

::The room was clean, and the included breakfast was of a consistent quality. There is no executive club here though so it seemed pretty packed. Gym equipment is great and well maintained.

::We stayed at Westin Melbourne last night. FANTASTIC staff, meal last night was great, breakfast this morning was everything you want a breakfast to be. Room was great, (wanted to bring bed home, but it wouldn't fit into our travel bag) bathroom huge and very clean. Would certainly recommend to all as THE PLACE TO STAY . Husband said it should be 10 stars, but 5 will have to do

::I especially loved my time here at Westin! It's very comfortable and superbly service oriented! Very much fell in love with the spaciousness of everything, including the rooms and the toilet. Location is also perfect, being in the middle of everything. Parking is definitely an issue so be mindful of that fact. Do try to ask for rooms that are not facing the main road, as the teams and their bells may be an issue for some people, especially since the entire hotel has very few floors.

::Good old posh service and atmosphere. Feel rich or like you're traveling. Very serious about pouring. Staff have name badges, European accents and take your ice preferences seriously. You can feel young here too. The ladies powder room is haunted, or is a TARDIS, it is there the first time, but not the second and is back fir the third.
