  Excellent location. Amazing view.Friendly staff. Pleasant room. Great balcony. Missed opportunity with no chair or table on balcony. My room had a large stain on the carpet. 3.5 🌟

  I stayed at this hotel for work. It was a lovely place to stay. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The attached restaurant had a great breakfast and had good meals for dinner. The service staff were pleasant and helpful. I would make this my primary choice to stay when in Newcastle.

  Our stay was excellent. Our room was on the river side on level 5, and the view was great. We are dinner at Jonah's and the food was delightful, served with a sensational view over Newcastle beach. There is parking under the hotel but spaces are tight! We will return after enjoying such a great experience.

  I had gone for a weekend getWay and totally loved staying here. The location is perfect right at the beach. If you want to enjoy vacation prefer to ask for beach facing room. They give you 20$ breakfast if booked earlier and 28$ on the spot . Rooms are good with mini fridge TV , iron and free coffee making , only thing lacking was microwave for people with small kids who might need to warm milk. They do give fresh milk at reception. Parking is complimentary, very friendly staff, I forgot my sun glasses which were returned by cleaning staff and a dress after checkout for which they emailed and gave options for getting it collected . There are lots of restaurant near by for the type of cuisine you want to eat. I recommend this place for stay
