  The bartender Nick really knew his stuff, and he's so dreamy. He used to be cuter with his beard. I tipped him $50 to grow it back. And his cocktails taste so good, omg... get in my mouth.

  Both excited and delighted to write a review for this restaurant. Located in an old bank building in downtown Newcastle Australia ...Reserve features a very in depth wine list by the glass. The service was splendid..... but the food stole the show. A fish dish with beurre blanc sauce and ginger roasted pumpkin was recommended to me. Insanely good is all i can say. HIGHLY recommend Reserve for a fantastic experience!

  We had a great time. Food was on point and our waitress was really friendly and helpful. It's a casual fine dining with good service
